The broader market opened higher yesterday, rising to 7,814. The market fell during the mid day below Friday’s close. The market did recover by 11am and traded flat the rest of the day to close at 7,783, up 22.79.

The Taiwan stock market came under early selling pressure on Wednesday. The market fell, searching for a bottom during the trading session. At one point during the session falling 125 points. But by the close of the session, the market rebounded for a small loss of 8 points.

The Taiwan market opened lower on Tuesday. During the trading session, slid 171 points before finishing down 153 points at 7458. Tuesday’s decline was also the largest single day decline since August.
