Hedge Fund Investments Taiwan 2006 is coming to the Taipei Sheraton November 29 - 30, 2006. It is a two day conference covering hedge funds in Taiwan, held by IQPC from Singapore.

This is not the same conference that was at the Hilton last year. This conference is being run by IQPC, which is a professional conference planner.

There is a large range in the type of panelests the organizer has put together. The panelists range from two person asset management firms to the ROC pension plan association to large asset management firms.

Looking at the speakers, the conference seems to be tilted toward greater China asset management and less toward FoF and private equity. The Taiwan market tends toward asset management so this is to be expected.

This is the first year that the conference has been held in Taiwan, but with IQPC holding the conference it should be fine.
